Standard Return for Credit for products sold through our website:
Products eligible for return:
New-in-box, unused products purchased directly by you from our website.
All product returns must be made within 15/days of the date you received your order.
All original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, must be returned.
A standard restocking fee of 25% will apply.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
1 Any product not purchased from our website
2 Any product without a label, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable label
3 Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, must be returned with the product
4 Any product from which the UPC code or label has been removed from its packaging
Smile Group cannot accept returns on used or discontinued product.
The customer assumes all shipping costs associated with the return.
Defective/Damaged Product Return Policy
Smile Group stand behind the products we represent. If a product defect is the result of a manufacturing production and packaging process, a full credit or replacement will be issued.
What is defective product?
All products that are faulty or require service within 15/days of the date you received your order are considered defective or dead out of box product.
All claims for a defective product must be made within 15/ days of the date you received your order.
Defects due to improper use and application are the responsibility of the customer.
Any replacements shipped to the customer will be invoiced for and credited upon the return of the defective product.
Upon testing the returned product, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer at Smile Group expense.
Shipping Damages & Discrepancies
All wrong shipped or short shipped product issues will be resolved immediately. Replacements will ship within 2-4 Business days of notice (depending on stock availability).
If there is damage due to shipping it is the responsibility of the account holder to follow-up with us immediately for all claims.
All claims against Smile Group must be made within 15/days of the date you received your order. All damages must be listed on the invoice
RETURN A PRODUCT TO US:
1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. Print completed form and include it with the product you are returning to Smile Group.
3. Ship your return to our Wearhouse:

And a customer service agent will contact you in regards to the status of your return.
Credit Card Refund Process if accepted:
Credit card refunds are issued back to your credit card account—you typically can’t receive your refund in other forms of payment such as cash.
Refunds on credit card purchases usually take 7 days.
Credit card refund times vary by merchant and bank, with some taking a few days and others taking a few months.
Billing disputes and fraud disputes impact credit card refund times and can take up to six months.
If you use a reward to make a purchase, you won’t get it back when you return your product or service.
